GoHighLevel dashboard design for the morning of the webinar

The dashboard is the first screen your launch team and your clients see. The dashboard designer gives it a proper opening: 18 GoHighLevel dashboard designs with photo or gradient heroes, a live clock, quick links and chart colours that match your brand. You apply them yourself, no CSS needed.

Where it earns its place

Four dashboards a webinar business actually uses

A GHL dashboard template is only worth applying if it helps someone act faster. Here are four situations where it pays off in launch-driven accounts.

GoHighLevel dashboard with the City Night design: dark photo hero and glowing cards
City Night dashboard designCity Night
  1. The launch-week command screen

Setters open GoHighLevel at 7am on webinar day. A dark design with quick links to Conversations and the registrant pipeline puts the next action one click away.

  2. The client check-in

Coaches and course creators log in to see registrations climb. A photo hero in their brand colours makes the agency's work visible the moment they arrive.

  3. Evergreen accounts on autopilot

For evergreen funnels nobody watches daily, a calm light design keeps the numbers readable when someone does look in once a week.

  4. Multi-client agencies

Give each sub-account its own design so your team knows at a glance whose account they are in, before they message the wrong list.

Before

A grey grid of widgets

  • Same look in every sub-account, so teams lose their place
  • Nothing that says whose account or whose launch it is
  • Three or four clicks to reach the pages used most
After

A dashboard that opens the show

  • A branded hero with greeting and live clock
  • Chart and card colours that match the theme
  • Quick links to the screens the launch runs on

FAQ

Dashboard design questions

What the dashboard designer changes in GoHighLevel, what it leaves alone, and which package includes it.

What does the GoHighLevel dashboard designer change?
It restyles the sub-account dashboard: a hero banner (photo, gradient or plain), card style, chart colours, a live clock and greeting, and quick-link buttons. You choose from 18 designs, adjust them, and publish. The widgets and numbers GoHighLevel already shows stay exactly the same.
Which package includes dashboard designs?
The dashboard designer is included from Stage Pro ($497 one-time) and in every package above it. Live Start covers themes and the login page but not the dashboard designer.
Does a dashboard design change my reports or data?
No. It is a visual layer. Opportunity values, conversion rates, funnels and stage distribution are read from GoHighLevel as usual; the design only changes how those cards look and adds a header and quick links around them.
Can each sub-account have its own dashboard design?
Yes. You can publish one design agency-wide or give individual sub-accounts their own, so a coaching client and a B2B demo client can each see a dashboard in their own colours. With sub-account self-service, clients can pick from designs you allow.
Can I use my own photo in the hero?
Yes. The 6 photo designs ship with their own images, and you can swap in your own event or brand photo in the editor. Keep text contrast in mind: the editor previews the greeting and clock over the image so you can check it before publishing.
Will the dashboard design work on phones?
Yes. The designs adapt to narrow screens, and the preview on this page has a phone view so you can check it. The GoHighLevel mobile app is separate and does not load agency custom code, so the design applies in the browser.
What are the quick links on the dashboard?
Buttons in the dashboard header that jump to the pages your team opens most, such as Conversations, Calendars or the registrant pipeline. During a launch that saves a few clicks every time someone checks in.
Do I need to know CSS to use it?
No. You pick a design and adjust options in the editor. The customizer generates the CSS and JavaScript, and the one-line install delivers it to GoHighLevel.
What happens to the dashboard if I remove the code?
GoHighLevel goes back to its standard dashboard straight away. Nothing is written into your account data, so removing the line of code is a clean undo.
